Great place, beautiful restaurant with a terrace by the water, nice owner and good service. Absolutely fantastic wiener schnitzel, done in several different dishes...and of course, good German beer and wine! Highly recommended!!

After growing up in Vienna and living there for 35 years, I feel qualified to rate my experience.Schnitzel and potato salad are excellent and closest to authentic I have ever tasted. Very good french fries, and the deserts are delicious and could have been directly from a caf in downtown Vienna.Overall: Excellent and authentic food, including Austrian beer.Service is very good and dedicated, friendly personnel. French, English and German speaking.The location is beautiful, mending maritime with fine dining experience. German themed, but not overdone.Highly recommended and a must visit!(I have not been paid for this review!)

What do you eat when you visit the Schnitzel Haus? Schnitzel, of course! They have a wide range of these delights - I had no idea that there were so many ways to present your basic schnitzel. With an excellent choice of sides and drinks, it made for a pleasant evening on Ste Anne's boardwalk. A short walk from Ste Anne's main parking lot, the location is convenient unless this parking is full, which it was for most of our group. Attendance was poor on the night we were there but if you go, don't forget that they close at 9:00 pm.
