Nice place but stop charging people to enter. I say this about other places like Mount Sainte Hillaire and Saint Bruno too. I find ways to get in for free anyway.

Perfect place to go for a nice, long walk or jog. If you have agoraphobia and social anxiety like I do then this is the spot for you if you don't wanna feel like a human hamster by always using a treadmill at home. You'll basically have the whole place to yourself as it's virtually deserted after 6-7pm. The trail has an abundance of trees to protect you from direct sunlight but make sure you bring mosquito repellent as those "bug"gers are relentless and are out for blood! Also, even though it's located close to the city it makes you feel like you're so far away from it which is just fine by me.

Super clean natural forest. I went there for orienteering and I loved it!!

Beautiful place. And it was free today. What a surprise! We got lost. The trails are marked in one direction. That doesn't make sense. Its a loop. You should be able to walk in either direction.Yes, does say in the parking lot where to start, but we chose to walk in the other direction to the chalet and a potential bathroom. Then we just kept walking in the direction. The signs are posted 10 to 12 feet off the ground and we saw very few. We might have seen more if we had turned around and looked up. That's a bit crazy.Since we didn't walk in the right direction, we never saw the trail markers and ended up on some winter snowshoe trails. What a mess. And we quickly realized that what is posted in Google Maps is outdated. ..

A decent place. Overall not bad, but nothing special. There is a small section of tall conifers which I appreciated, but otherwise it's just big trees like on the Mont Royal park. The access is easy from the highway and the entrance fee is a decent at $7/adult including parking, in opposition to the nearby Zoo Ecomuseum which is asking almost $20 for adults. It's amusing to think for a moment that this is how the Montreal city area was looking, here, a few hundreds years ago.
