We received a Sofie la Giraffe as a baby shower gift. When we opened the box, we found there are rubber residues on Sofie that's really hard to remove. Without remembering which friend/family got us the gift, we contacted the distributor in Canada, Q House Kids). Even though they ensured me that the rubber and the paint are 100% safe for baby even if swallowed, they still sent me a replacement. Really great customer support! Totally understands a first time mom's concern. We heard a lot of great things about Sofie from other mommy friends, I'm sure my baby will love it too :)
