Best sweet potatoe fries, ever. Most disappointing poutine. Best grilled cheese sandwich.

Great food, very tasty. A nice themed restaurant. But - you never know when it's opened or closed. The website says one thing, you go there and it's closed. Seasonal? Very disappointed in the hours/management.

Food was great, however the waiter for this evening's meal (Alex) on Saturday October 29th at around 8pm was incredibly rude. A group of 5 of us sat down for dinner and we asked for a table instead of the bar stool tabletop. Our waiter responded that we could not because we did not make a reservation and if we wanted to have a table we would have to reserve because Friday and Saturdays were their busiest nights. One of the people in our group is allergic to eggs and when the waiter was asked if there was egg in the bread for the burger he replied that there usually is because when he makes bread, he adds an egg (a rather irrelevant response to our inquiry). He said he would check that there was no egg and proceeded to take our orders. When the food was served, our friend began to experience symptoms of an allergic reaction. She told our waiter and he said that in theory there should be no egg. He did not offer a substitution or apologize for the inconvenience. Our friend had to ask for a replacement of poutine and after checking, he said he would only be able to offer a small poutine. When we explained that that was less food and she would still be charged the price of the burger, he began to speak in a raised voice and argue with us that she made the mistake for ordering something she was allergic to because in theory, there should be no egg in her meal. She was finally able to order a poutine that was of about the same value. When I was at the cash to pay for my meal, I was conversing with my friends and the waiter responded to something I said (even though he was not included in the conversation) and then gave a snarky reply of at least you were not the one who was poisoned. I have never not tipped in my life, but tonight I did not deem the service worthy of a tip. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and has bad days, but I have never been yelled at or argued with a waiter before. This is a new restaurant to Ste Anne and I would like to see it do well. The food was very good (except for the theoretically egg-less burger) and we just unfortunately had incredibly terrible service.

Good food but they keep closing randomly during the week not following their own schedule.

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant today with a group (15-18 people) who called 24 hours in advance to reserve and have them prepare food for the next day. The food for half the group came in late (30-40 minutes late for fast food?!?!?) which I excused for being a new restaurant and not being experienced yet. Thinking that it would be a good choice, I went with the Royal Duck including Foie Gras, a plate which came quite faster than the other people that ordered 24 hours before me.1st: The Foie gras was the size of 1$, maybe 5 Grams of Foie Gras "au Torchon"!!! , if you are to call a burger "au Foie Gras" do NOT put heavy tasty ingredients and destroy the slightlest piece of foie gras putting it in between. You will never taste it. Their Google pictures show a piece of 30-40 grams, not 5 grams!!!!2nd: The Beef was overcooked and burnt3rd: The Tomatoes had been sitting on the side for at least 4-5 hours, they were grainy and edges dried.4th: When trying to take a bite and lift the half burger in my hands, the bread was all soaked and soft, everything was about to fall apart so left it on the plate. All this for 21.28$ (25$ including service, paid in advance) for a 1/4 piece of Pickle that was purchased, some French Fries (better than average but nothing special, hell, its only Fries.....) Unlimited Soft Drinks like McDonald's and soaked pieces of bread with a mess in between. Concluding that Ferrer is hiding behind his name to offer Food for Pigs, I simply returned the plate and walked out. The person responsible refunded me, excused himself and admitted that the tomatoes were a mess, telling me that he was hoping that I would go back into one of their restaurants. There are many other restaurants out there that make real food, charge less and don't waste your time.No Way you will see me go in any of their Junk Food """Restaurants""" at that price again.
