Bad seating... small rooms...
The arena is older. As other people have mentioned, the stands are cold so dress appropriately. The changing rooms are heated. I found it confusing to find the location, so leave a little earlier if this the first time you go.
Your average arena, nothing special. If you go as a spectator be sure to bring warm clothing + hat and gloves because you will freeze if they don't turn on the space heaters
